What to include

If you have not checked into your hotel, say so. If you are enquiring for more than one person, ask whether the appointments would be consecutive or simultaneous. These details help establish the actual time and space needed rather than leave the arrangement open to assumptions.
What to confirm before you agree
Confirm the available session, duration, total price, any travel or parking charges, payment method and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
